Support day-to-day activities for customer data cleansing engagements, primarily supporting data quality initiatives to drive accuracy, consistency, and completeness of enriched data through management and maintenance of provider item master information as it relates to medical-surgical devices and supplies. Works in conjunction with other team members to ensure timely delivery of accurate data.
The Customer Success Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting Sift's revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions. This analyst will partner with Sift teams and client counterparts to help identify, develop, and deliver insights that drive results. The Customer Success Data Analyst will also contribute to internal initiatives, leveraging their subject matter expertise to support reporting, performance measurement.
